We at Community Enterprise would like to thank everyone who participated and who was involved in the most successful Derby Daze Celebration to date! We had over 100 booths, an "Alternative Ways to be Healthy" tent, five live bands, a huge Kiddie Carnival, gave away nearly 65 bikes, and Salud and Community Health Services came through with numerous health screenings. Check out the Derby Daze page for more information and pictures!

Walkability Celebration to Honor Volunteer Efforts
Community Enterprise along with LiveWell Commerce
City held a Walkability Celebration Tuesday, January 7th at the Werth
Manor in Commerce City. The goal of the celebration was to invite
everyone who has participated in the walkabilities over the last
several years and give back initial feedback on what was discovered.
Six major themes emerged: lack of places to walk to, aesthetic
issues, safety, sidewalks, cars, and dogs. Community Enterprise
hopes to start a community coalition to start addressing these issues
with help from the residents who attended. For more information,
check out the Walkabilities Page under programs (coming soon).
