Commerce City One Community
Recently the City and its partners (which we are one) were awarded funds from The Colorado Trust to develop a program to develop an immigration integration plan for the community. The granting program is through the Supporting Immigrant and Refugee Families Initiative (SIRFI) to improve the mental health and cultural adjustment of immigrant and regugees living in Colorado. Community Enterprise has been an active participant in developing a community plan to implement over the next three years.
Community Enterprise will be managing the programming of this grant.

To do so, it is encouraging citizens to eat better and move more through programs such as Wild Walk at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge and policy changes in land use and school wellness.
